Warranty Info

McBee Homes are covered by a one-year builder warranty. Many of the items installed in your home also have their own separate warranties. These warranties are specifically detailed in the Homeowner Manual that you received at closing.

Warranty Submissions

The best way to expedite your warranty request is to send an email to warranty@mcbeehomes.com. It is important that you include your name, phone number, address and a complete description of the repair or problem. Please try to be as specific as possible about the issue when filling the form out. A production staff member should be in touch with you within 48 hours of your request (other than weekends). Emergency requests can be called into the office.

PLEASE INCLUDE: NAME, ADDRESS, CONTACT INFORMATION & DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE ISSUE.

If you have submitted a warranty issue in the last few weeks using the warranty request form and have not heard from us — please resubmit to warranty@mcbeehomes.com.
