Complete the necessary paperwork and formalize your choices by meeting with your Sales Consultant. Once your Conditional Qualification Letter and Sales Contract are submitted and approved, you are on the path to becoming the proud owner of your new home.

Congratulations! You've made it! After several weeks of planning, scheduling, and obtaining permits, your dream home is now under construction. You will be updated along the way as to the status of the home, and if we have any questions for you to make sure your home is built to your satisfaction. If you have purchased a finished inventory home, you will be informed on the timeline to have your home ready for it's Home Owner Orientation. 

Scheduled a week before closing, this meeting with your Construction Manager imparts insights into home maintenance and ensures all aspects are in order before the final steps. You will then have a final walkthrough a couple days before closing to ensure any items or concerns from your orientatioin were addressed. You will then sign a final walkthrough completion document and are clear to close on the Builder's end. Congratulations on your new home!
